   - We do not require a valid credit card or prepayment to secure your appointment but do ask to carefully chose a date and time in which you will be able to make your appointment. 

   - Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

2. Health and Medical Conditions:

   - It is your responsibility to inform our staff of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect your massage experience.

   - If you have any concerns or doubts about receiving a massage due to a medical condition, we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before booking an appointment.

   - Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and other forms of electronic payment.

   - Prices for our services are subject to change without prior notice. Any promotional offers or discounts are subject to specific terms and conditions.

6. Liability:

   - While we take every precaution to ensure your safety and well-being during your visit, we are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur on our premises or as a result of our services.

7. Gift Cards:

   - Gift cards are available for purchase and are non-refundable and rechargeable . They must be presented at the time of redemption and are not subject to expiration dates. They will be subject to any additional terms specified on the certificate.
